4. What if my order is damaged, wrong, or just plain weird?

Oof, not our style — but if that happened, we’re truly sorry.

If you received something that’s damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, just do this:

  • Take a clear picture 📸
  • Send it to support@zenextt.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Add your order ID and a little “hey, help me out” message

We’ll fix it faster than you can say “limited edition regret.” 🛠️💌
